We craft only true artisanal gelato, free from preservatives, colorings, and hydrogenated fats. During our travels, we personally seek out suppliers who share our values and offer the very best ingredients that nature, tradition, and craftsmanship can provide. Many have become friends who supply us with fresh, genuine products every day.
Our story began in Italy, first in magical Sicily, where excellence is a way of life, and then in Friuli, our homeland, where we carefully select the ingredients we know best.
